There was a time when it was difficult to go anywhere other than a franchised dealer to get a car serviced when it was still within its warranty period.
But new European legislation has changed all that. Thanks to the “Block Exemption Regulation” 14002002 (BER) introduced in October 2003, you can now have your car serviced independently, away from a main dealer, without invalidating the manufacturer’s warranty.
Mercury Car Centre lets you take full advantage of this freedom. We service your car according to the manufacturer’s service schedule, using parts compliant to their guidelines, and with all the work done by qualified and fully trained technicians
PARTS & LABOUR GUARANTEE FOR 12 MONTHS
All our work is quality assured and guaranteed. All parts and labour carry a twelve month or 12,000 miles warranty. And because we always and only fit genuine OE quality parts, your vehicle warranty stays fully protected
Your car will be inspected and serviced according to our itemised service schedule. Every point will be thoroughly checked by our qualified technicians
FREE LOCAL COLLECTION & DELIVERY - WORK OR HOME
We like to do everything we can to make things really easy for you… including taking care of all the running around
So a fully insured courtesy driver will collect your car from your home or work – whichever is best for you – collection is normally between 8am and 10am, or another agreed time
Once the work is completed, your car will be returned to your chosen location – usually between 4pm and 6pm, or another pre–arranged time
500 GARAGES NATIONALLY
As a member of the BOSCH Car Service scheme we have 500 garages providing help and support wherever you are nationally
HIGHLY COMPETITIVE LOAN VEHICLES
Alternatively if you require a replacement vehicle while you’re is being serviced, we have a fleet of Loan vehicles Fiesta size at £13.00 per day or a VW Passat CC £45.00per day plus VAT.
